由建筑火灾事故透视当前消防工作中存在的问题及解决对策

近年来,随着我国经济社会的迅猛发展,城市建设规模也在逐渐扩大,各类建筑如雨后春笋,平地而起.随之而来的建筑火灾也是层出不穷.这些火灾均暴露出消防安全责任制度的不落实,新型消防设备更新的缓慢,消防基础设施建设的相对滞后,消防安全意识的不强等诸多问题.如何做好建筑工程消防监督工作,提高各类建筑抗御火灾的能力,是当前消防监督管理所遇到的新情况,新问题,新挑战,是需要我们认真研究的重要课题.

In recent years,with the rapid economic and social development of China,the urban construction scale has gradually expanded.All kinds of buildings have sprung up on the ground,and the building fire followed,too.These fires have showed such problems as the unimplemented fire preventing responsibility system,the slow renewal of fire equipments,the relative lagging of fire preventing infrastructure construction and the weak consciousness of fire prevention,and so on.How to do well in fire prevention supervision of construction project and improve the ability of various types of fire resistance is the new situation,new problems and new challenges in the current fire supervision and management,which is one of the most important topics we need to study seriously.
