摘要
预处理和发酵技术是木质纤维素生物质生产生物燃料的关键技术。综述了物理法、物理化学法、化学法和生物法预处理技术和发酵技术的国内外研究进展,并对预处理和发酵技术进行分析和总结,为生物燃料今后的发展提出了展望和建议。
Pretreatment and fermentation techniques are the key steps in converting lignocellulose biomass to biofuel. In order to enhance the hydrolysis rate and the fermentation efficiency of cellulose and reduce the producing cost of fuel ethanol, the progresses of research on pretreatment and fermentation techniques with physical method, physical-chemical method, chemical method and biological method in China and abroad were reviewed, analyzed and summarized. In the end, the development of biofuel in the future was prospected, and the corresponding suggestions were put forward
