摘要
为了有效控制草原上的蝗虫危害,以毒死蜱等10种杀虫剂为材料,采用浸渍叶片法对短星翅蝗3龄若虫进行了室内毒力测定。结果表明:吡虫啉、氯虫苯甲酰胺、阿维菌素、氟虫腈、啶虫脒对短星翅蝗均表现出较强毒力,其中阿维菌素对短星翅蝗的毒力最强,72 h的LC50值为0.118 2 mg/L,毒死蜱对短星翅蝗的毒力最低,72 h的LC50值为13.409 4 mg/L。10种药剂对短星翅蝗毒力的差异,可用于防治短星翅蝗高效低毒药剂的筛选。
In order to control the locus damage in grassland, the toxicity of 10 insecticides(chlorpyrifos, etc.) on threeinstar nymph of Calliptamus abbreviatus Ikonn had been measured by leaf immersion method in lab. The results showed that imidacloprid, chlorantraniliprole, avermectins, fipronil and acetamiprid all showed a relatively strong toxicity on Calliptamus abbreviatus Ikonn. Among them, avermectins showed the strongest toxicity, its LC50 value within 72 h was 0.118 2 mg/L; chlorpyrifos showed the weakest toxicity, its LC50 value within 72 h was 13.409 4 mg/L. There were differences in toxicity of 10 insecticides on Calliptamus abbreviatus Ikonn. Therefore, the method can be used for screening insecticides with high efficiency and low toxicity for controlling Calliptamus abbreviatus Ikonn.
