Consideration on Development of Modern Agriculture in State Farm of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture

The basic situations of state farm of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture were introduced briefly, and then the problems of it developing modern agriculture were analyzed, including fundamental conditions were bad and economic structure was single; the policy can not implement, and industry development was not balance; the employee quality was low, and the conception innovation was difficult. In the end, the corresponding suggestions were put forward, such as development of modern agriculture according to the local conditions; implementing policy to promote industry upgrading; improving employee quality, and establishing farm culture.
