多因素修正系数法测算城乡建设用地增减挂钩潜力的研究——以海南省为例

Estimating Potential of Linking Increase of Urban Constructing Land Area with Decrease of Rural Constructing Land Area by Multi-factors Modified Coefficient Method——A Case Study in Hainan Province

以海南省为例,提出了多因素修正系数的挂钩潜力测算方法。通过选取地形地貌、人均GDP、农民人均纯收入、人均耕地面积、人均农村居民点用地面积、耕居比、农村居民点破碎度、城镇化水平等指标修正居民点整理潜力,计算挂钩供给系数,较好地测算了海南省各市(县)2011~2015年城乡建设用地的增减挂钩潜力;根据测算结果划分三个等级潜力区,并分析了各个潜力区挂钩潜力形成的原因。

Taking Hainan Province as example, it proposed a method for estimating potential of linking increase of urban constructing land area with decrease of rural constructing land area based on multi-factors modified coefficient method. Through selecting some indexes, such as terrain and landforms, per capita GDP, per capita net income of farmer, per capita farmland area, per capita rural residential land area, ratio of farmland area to residential land area, degree of rural residential fragmentation, and urbanization level, to modify the potential of rural residential land consolidation, and to calculate the linking supply coefficient, and to estimate the potential of linking increase of urban constructing land area with decrease of rural constructing land area of each cities(counties) in Hainan province from 2011 to 2015. According to the results, all cities(counties) were divided into three levels, and then the reasons for forming potential of linking increase of urban constructing land area with decrease of rural constructing land area in each potential region were analyzed.
