On the Malaysian-Chinese Writer Du La's Love Description in Her Novels

朵拉的爱情小说对男女情爱作了独特的书写与思考:第一,与男性相比,女性更注重爱情本身的质量和对爱情的经营创新,女性对爱情更有着"飞蛾扑火"般的执着认真的态度,更容易"为情所伤"。其次,朵拉不赞成婚外恋,但对某些婚外恋却采取宽容甚至欣赏的态度,她判断婚外恋的标准主要是看这种婚外恋关系中有没有真正的爱情。第三,朵拉小说表现了现代女性对两性平等、自我人格尊严和自我独立意识的执着追求,并指出女性为追求独立却不得不付出沉重的代价,揭示了现代社会中男女两性对抗是一个暂不能改变的困境,同时表达了对未来社会中两性平等的向往。朵拉不属于"激进女权主义",而接近于"自由解放的女权主义"和"走向性属融容的女权主义"。

Duo La's novels have a unique view to the love between men and women.Firstly,compared to men,women pay more attention to the quality and innovation of love itself;and women are always persistent in love.Secondly,although Duo La does not agree to love outside marriage,she has a liberal and even appreciative attitude to some of such love affairs.Her criterion to judge such love affairs is whether there is real love or not in the relationship of such lovers.Thirdly,Duo La's novels express women's pursuit to equality between men and women,human dignity and consciousness of self independence,point out that women have to pay much to pursuit in independence,reveal that the fight between men and women in modern society is a plight that cannot be changed temporarily at the same time,and express the aspiration for equality between men and women in the future.Duo La is not a'radical feminism',but is close to'feminism of freedom and liberation'and'feminism of men blending with women'.
