Improved Synthesis of Aminating Agent O-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)hydroxylamine

以氯苯为原料,经硝化再与N-羟基邻苯二甲酰亚胺缩合成芳醚,然后肼解合成标题化合物。操作简单,反应条件温和,原料易得,总收率达77.5%。

Abstracl:O-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)hydroxylamine was synthesized starting from chlorobenzene via nitrification,condensation with N hydroxyphthalimidc,and then hydrolysis with hydrazine.This method has the advantages of simple operation,mild reaction conditions,available raw materials with 77.5%overall yield.
