摘要
目的探讨中波紫外线(ultraviolet B,UVB)照射对大鼠血清IL-1、IL-2水平以及溶菌酶含量的影响。方法选取健康大鼠40只,雌雄各半,随机分为对照组和UVB组,每组20只,雌雄各半,称取体重并记录,在310nm波长紫外灯下,每天对UVB组大鼠进行2h的照射,持续照射12周时称取体重并记录,解剖各组大鼠取出脏器并称重记录;对大鼠血清IL-1、IL-2水平及溶菌酶的含量进行测定。结果经中波紫外线照射后,UVB组雌雄大鼠体重增长量均较相应对照组下降(P<0.05);各UVB组的双肾脏系数、脾脏系数、肝脏系数、肺脏系数与对照组比较均增高(P均<0.05);各UVB组大鼠血清IL-1、IL-2水平均低于对照组(P均<0.05),而各UVB组大鼠血清溶菌酶含量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 UVB照射可以降低大鼠体重增长的速度;增加大鼠双肾脏、脾脏、肝脏、肺脏的重量;降低血清IL-1、IL-2水平;增高血清溶菌酶含量。
Objective To explore the influence of UVB irradiation on serum IL- 1,IL- 2 levels and lysozyme contents in rats. Methods 40 SD rats were randomly divided into Control group and experimental group. Rats were irradiated with UVB irradiation for 2h daily under UV light at 310nm wavelength for continuous exposure to 12 weeks. The weight of rats were weighed and recorded at 12 weeks. The contents of Serum IL- 1,IL- 2 and lysozyme were determined. Results After irradiation by ultraviolet UVB,the weight increase of experimental group in both of male and female rats decreased significantly than that of control group( P <0. 05). Double kidney coefficients,spleen index,liver index,lung coefficient of experimental group increased significantly that those of control group( P < 0. 05). Serum IL- 1,IL- 2 levels of UVB group were significantly lower than those of control group( P < 0. 05). The serum lysozyme levels of UVB group were significantly higher than those of control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion UVB irradiation can reduce the rate of weight gain in rats and increase the weight of double kidney,spleen,liver and lung while decrease serum IL-1,IL- 2 levels and elevate levels of serum lysozyme.
