Construction and Exploration of Practice System of Public Administration in Independent College

独立学院公共事业管理专业定位于为地方经济、社会发展培养应用型的公共事业管理人才,实习是达到这一培养目标的重要手段和途径。目前由于受到各种条件的限制,独立学院公管专业的实习形式和效果都存在一定问题。通过多年来对独立学院公管专业实习的实践和探索,构建了一套完整的实习体系,并提出了达成预期实习效果的执行和保障标准。

The orientation of the major of the public administration of independent college is to train the applied talents which can serve the economics and social development of local area. Practice is an important approach to reach this target. But restricted by various conditions, there exist some problems by the form and effect of the practice. Through years' exploration and practice, the author has constructed the practice system, and put forward the standards of execution and indemnification.
