摘要
介绍了应用现场总线结合可编程逻辑控制器(PLC),变频器构建闭环控制系统的基本原理。阐述了该技术在成灯圆车上的应用情况,分析了使用该技术后的使用效果,即在调速范围内多单元快速连续同步运行,使得各机构机械冲击力小,提升了设备的同步速度与精度,在保证设备稳定运行的同时,构建了便于操作与维护的设备平台。
This paper introduces how to use fieldbus technology to combine with programmable logic controller(PLC)and master drive technology to build the basic principles of closed loop system.The application of the technique for automotive machine is described.This paper also analysis the effect after using this technology,this is,in the speed range multi drive unit fast continuous and synchronization running.It makes small mechanical impact force of various agencies,to enhance the speed and accuracy of synchronization control.This technology provides more guarantee of stable operation for equipment and constructs equipment platforms for easy operation and maintenance.
