摘要
热泵干衣机对比传统的干衣机,因其突出的节能优势,具有广阔的市场前景。针对热泵干衣机的高排气压力、高负荷、高吸排气温度的特殊工作模式,对热泵干衣机的核心部件压缩机进行优化设计,选择适合热泵干衣机压缩机的冷媒,有效降低吸排气温度;全面设计压缩机泵体结构,提升泵体在热泵干衣机工作条件下的泵体效率和泵体可靠性;电动机效率也针对干衣机条件进行了优化;制定了适合热泵干衣机的可靠性考核方案,并执行寿命考核,从而完成了专用压缩机的研制。
The heat pump driers(HPD)have great energy efficiency advantage compared to conventional driers and have wide market prospects.For special operating mode of heat pump driers such as high discharge pressure,heavy load,high suction and discharge temperature,the compressor for HPD core component has been optimized R&D.Firstly,the refrigerant has selected the appropriate compressor of HPD,thereby effectively reducing the intake and discharge temperature.Then compressor pump structure has been fully new design,under working condition of HPD to enhance the pump reliability and efficiency.Thirdly the motor of compressor is also optimized according HPD working condition.Finally the reliability assessment program of suitable HPD has been enacted and in accordance with the conditions of this assessment,the life assessment carried out.HPD compressors are successfully completed based on above solutions.
