摘要 利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)及二阶导数红外光谱(SD-IR)对甘蔗皮及其提取物进行研究分析.结果表明,甘蔗皮的水提取物主要是蔗糖,氯仿提取物的主要成分为二十八烷醇,提取残渣的主要成分为纤维素及木质素等.研究结果说明,红外光谱分析方法简便、快速、有效,可用于甘蔗皮等复杂混合物的提取分离的质量控制. Saccharum officinarumbark,its water extraction,chloroform extraction and the residue were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and secondary derivative infrared spectroscopy.The results show that sucrose and octacosanol were the main substance in the water extract and chloroform extract respectively;cellulose and lignin were the main components of the extracted residue.The research indicates that Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy is a convenient,fast and effective quality control method for extraction and separation of Saccharum officinarumbark.
