摘要
现行的ETC(Electronic Toll Collection)系统是按乘用车的座位数及货车的吨位进行收费的,对超重车辆没有加以限制。针对这一问题,提出了一种将汽车动态称重应用于ETC系统的设想,并对WIM(Weigh-In-Motion)设备的安装位置及运作流程进行了分析。分析表明:该设想具有一定的实际应用价值。
The current ETC system collects road tolls by the seating capacity of passenger vehicles and the tonnage of trucks,and doesn't impose restrictions on overweight vehicles. Aiming at the problem,a new idea of applying WIM to ETC system was proposed,and the installation site of WIM device and the running process were also analyzed. Analysis results show that the proposed idea has a certain value in the practical application.
