癌痛患者麻醉镇痛药的临床应用分析

Analysis of clinical application of narcotic drugs for cancer patients in our hospital

目的分析我院门诊,住院及宁养院患者麻醉镇痛药品的应用情况,为临床合理应用该类药物提供依据。方法采用回顾性分析方法查阅各部门资料,记录其药品名称,用药总量,用药天数,以限定日剂量(DDD)和药物利用指数(DUI)为指标进行统计分析,评价。结果常用的麻醉性镇痛药有4种。DDDS排序由高到低分别为硫酸吗啡缓释片、盐酸羟考同缓释片、盐酸吗啡片、芬太尼透皮贴剂、磷酸可待因片和盐酸吗啡注射液。结果麻醉镇痛药的应用基本合理,并且符合癌痛患者麻醉镇痛药的用药三阶梯原则,但仍存在一些问题,有待于进一步完善。结论正确规范合理的使用镇痛药物有利于提高患者的生活质量。

Objective to analyze the application narcotic drugs in the inpatients department of Yuebei people's hospital which may reference for the clinical rational drug usage.Methods The patients' medical records were retrospectively analyzed the drugs' name,the total drug that used,and the number of treatment was recorded,the limited dose(DDD) with drug use index(DUI) was used as index for the statistics analysis and evaluation.Results There were 4 kinds of narcotic analgesic drugs that were used from high to low in DDDS sequence,they were Morphine sulfate sustained-release tabelets,Oxycodone hydrochloride with sustained release tablets,Morphine hydrochloride tablets,Fentanyl Transdermal System,Codeine phosphate tablets,Morphine hydrochloride injection.Results:the narcotic analges drug application was basically rational in our hospital,the basic treatment principle of three ladder administration on cancer patients basically reasonable,however,there were still some problems to be further improved.Conclusion The standard and rational usage of analgesic drugs can improve the patients' quality of life.
