护理本科生两种不同路径护理管理实习的效果研究

Comparative Study of Effects on Two Internship Management Pathways for Nursing Undergraduates

目的探讨护理本科生分别在护理部及病房进行护理管理实习的效果。方法2006年7月至2009年5月有护理管理实习要求的本科护生112名随机分为两组,其中实验组56名安排在护理部,由护理部人员进行带教;对照组56名安排在病房,由护士长进行带教,时间均为1周,结束后分别对112名护生进行理论知识考核和问卷调查。结果实验组护生出科考试成绩经t检验明显优于对照组(P<0.01);两组的问卷调查结果经χ2检验,在护理部实习的效果优于在病房(P<0.01)。结论通过调查发现,护生在护理部进行护理管理实习的满意度明显高于病房,为今后各护理院校对有护理管理实习要求的护生安排实习提供了依据。

Objective To compare the effects of two internship management pathways for nursing undergraduates in the nursing department and the ward separately.Methods One hundred and twelve nursing undergraduates who were required of nursing management from July 2006 to May 2009 were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=56,practising in the nursing department) and the control group(n=56,practicing under the instruction of the charge nurses in the ward).All the subjects were tested on theoretical knowledge and requested to complete questionnaires after one week.Results According to the questionnaires,the experimental group got a higher average score than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the practice effects of undergraduates in the experimental group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion It can be concluded that the satisfaction of nursing students practicing in the nursing department was significantly higher than that in wards.This result will provide an evidence for nursing schools to arrange undergraduates with nursing management requirements efficiently.
