把股份公司视作只能是私有制或把股份制直接等同干公有制，都是错误的。对马克思的股份公司理论，不能生吞活副，需要结合新形势正确理解。股份公司是同现代市场经济相适应的企业资金组织形式和社会化经营机制。它既可以同私有制相结合成为资本主义的股份公司，又可以同公有制相结合成为社会主义的股份公司。股份公司这种社会化经营的企业形式，同公有制的结合更优于同私有制的结合，可以较充分地体现职工的企业主人翁地位和更好地发挥党组织在企业中的政治核心作用。

The author acknowledges that it is wrong if we take the share company only as a private enterprise or take it directly as a form of public ownership. Karl Marx's theory of share company can not be taken word for word. Instead,we must put his theory in the new situation to get a true perspective. The share company is an enterprise capital organization form and its socialized management organization suited to the modern market economy. It can be integrated to the private ownership to be a capitalist enterprise or integrated to the public ownership to be a socialist enterprise. The share company,as an enterprise form of socialized management, will show greater superiority when it is integrated with public ownership. In a socialist share company,the worker,s role as the owner of the enterprise can be brought into full play and the Communist Party's role as the political nucleus of the enterprise can be played effectively.
