摘要
本文分析了十几年来我国农地制度改革的成就和存在的问题，揭示了现行农地制度的基本特征以及与深化农业改革的矛盾，提出了适应农业市场化。
This article has made an analysis the problems and achievements in the agricultural land system reformation of this country. Contradictions are discovered between the basic features of the current agricultural land system and the advanced agricultural reformation. The author puts forward in the article an object model of new type agricultural land system adapt able to market transformation and modernization.
