关于建立中国西部区域跨国公司的立法思考

On The Legislative Thoughts about Forming Regional Transnational Corporations of China in The West

本文拟就建立西部区域跨国公司的必要性、可能性做一理论上的初步探讨，提出了“打破西部各地方行政、立法限制，召开西部各地方省级人大常委会联合会议，制定调整西部区域经济关系法律和西部区域跨国公司法规，建立联合管理委员会监督、管理西部区域跨国公司以发展西部区域经济”

The article maintains to develop the regional economy of west China, we should break down the restrictions on the legislation and administration, hold the joint conference of the standing committee of the provincial Peoples congress of the west regions in China. This meeting should draw up laws on regional economic relations and statues for regional transnational corporations of the west and build the joint Administrative Committee to control and manage the west transnational corporations.
