摘要
“仁学”管理思想,是孔子在弘扬中国远古社会道德统治和礼乐文化的基础上,创造发展的伦理型管理哲学。孔子提出了仁者爱人、为政以德、礼乐教化、见利思义、选贤任能、博施济众等管理主张,孔子的“仁学”管理思想长期占据中国传统封建社会意识形态的主导地位,对于国家统治和社会教化产生了十分重要的作用。20世纪以来,“仁学”管理思想经过文化批判和反思而被纳入学术研究的转道,在世界各地广泛传播,受到世界人民的普遍重视。它所蕴含的超越时代和时空意义的管理价值,对于现代管理具有积极的借鉴和指导意义。
Benevolence —— a creative moral philosophy of management formed on the basis of the social morality and culture in China'sremote past. In this idea, Confucius advocated love for people, good virtue in management, education through propriety and music, selection of the worthy and promotion for the capable, to name only a few. These ideas have been playing an important part in the government and education in China and have become the target of academic research since the 21th century.
