加强高校教职工的思想道德建设——学习十四届六中全会《决议》的体会

On the Moral Education for Higher School Teachers and Workers

本文从学习党的十四届六中全会精神出发，对高校教职工思想道德的现状进行了分析，提出了在高校贯彻落实这一目标、任务，必须提高对思想道德建设重要性和紧迫性的认识，加强政治理论学习，发挥高校在整个精神文明建设中的基础和辅射作用。重点进行“三德”、“三观”教育，把爱国主义、集体主义和为人民服务的教育，把“四有”教育真正落实到高校教育的各个环节。必须讲政治，加强和改善党的领导，坚持解放思想、实事求是的思想路线。

This paper has made an analysis of the present state of higher school teachers and workers, on its basis, made a suggestion of clarifying the importance of this problem and strengthening the moral education for the personnel so as to bring their role into full play.
