对国有小企业改革几个问题的探讨

Probe into Several Problems of Restructuring Small State Enterprise

本文认为，国有小企业对地、县经济发展有着不可替代的作用；国有小企业还存在产业结构不合理、管理水平低下、亏损严重等问题，要解决这些问题就应深化改革，进行股份合作制和委托经营的改造。

This paper holds the opinion that the small state enterprise plays a significant role which is beyond substitution in the economic development of the region or the county. However, there exist some serious problems such as the irrational industrial structure, the outdated management and the heavy loss on the small state enterprise. It is deepening of reforms, and carrying out the share - holding corperation systems and the mandated management that the problems can be solved.
