The Eastern-Asian economical wonder is primarily brought about by expanding ecomomic and commercial cooperations, enlarging the utilization of foreign funds and introduction of advanced technology, promoting capital shifts and technical escalation, pushing forward economic grouping, as well as maintaining a high deposit and investment rates and emphasizing the investment of human capital. Paul krugman's view that the Eastern-Asian wonder has resulted from the enlargement of investment of visible capital and therefore cannot last long is biased and arbitrary. But the questions he has raised concerning the ways of economic growth are of realistic significance to China's economic development at present.
