摘要
通过对53名健康老年男性全身和一定部位骨密度及与骨代谢有关的生化指标的测定,揭示多年体育运动对老年男性骨代谢的影响。实验结果:运动组全身及各部位骨密度明显高于对照组(P<0.001),且在腰2-腰4、股骨粗隆、全身骨密度三项指标上明显高于天津市区正常30岁男子(P<0.001)。在两组双臂骨密度与腰椎、股骨三个区及总骨钙含量的相关分析中发现,除对照组双臂骨密度与wards三角区不具相关外。
The Present study discusses effects of longterm physical training on bone metabolism of elderly men by determining Bone Mineral Density(BMD)and biochemical indices relative to bone metabolism of 53 healthy elderly men.Results show that BMDs of exercise group are significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.001) and BMDs of lumbar vertebra 2lumbar vertebra 4,tuberosity of cuboid bone and whole body are significantly higher than those of 30yearold normal men in Tianjin(P<0.001).This article finds that other indices have positive correlations with arms’ BMD except that arms’ BMD has no correlation with Ward’s BMD of control group from the correlation analysis between arms’ BMD and other indices including lumbar vertebra BMD,BMDs of three sections relative to femur and total volume of bone calcium of both groups.
