摘要
采用文献资料研究、比较研究、问卷调查及数理统计等方法，对我国现行竞赛制度的现状、特点、效益及其导向等问题进行了探讨，并指出了现行竞赛制度的弊端对竞技体育后备人才培养所造成的危害，提出了改革竞赛制度。
The present study discusses the situation,features,benefits and direction of current contest rules and points out damages of disadvantages of current contest rules on talents training for athletics through methods of document,comparison,questionaire and mathematical statistics.This article demonstrates opinions on reforming contest rules and improving the quality of talents training for athletics.
