摘要
对12例中年女性受试者操练“六段运动”过程中的生理机能变化进行了测试与分析。结果显示,“六段运动”为中小负荷强度,以有氧代谢为主,认为“六段运动”对于增强体质。
The present study determines and analyses physiological function changes of 12 middle aged female subjects during the drill of “Six Section Exeercises”. Results show that “Six Section Exercises” is a low to medium load exercise and its main body is the aerobic metabolism. This artcle points out that“Six Section Exercises”is helpful to building up health and improving physocal function.
