摘要
调查分析彭水县资源及经济发展现状,据此确定1997—2000年彭水县经济发展的目标与任务及产业发展重点,并就体制改革与政策保障提出对策性建议。
On the basis of invertigating and analysing the cu-rent state of Pengshui county's resources andeconomic development, this paper makes a programme for Pengshui county's economic development and its major projects in industry and puts forward a set of corresponding proposals for its reform.
