对24小时超长跑运动员赛中休息时间的研究

Research in the Rest of Runners During the 24-Hour Super-long Distance Race

对参加首届中国国际24小时超长跑比赛的11名中外男运动员进行了赛中休息时间记录和休息期间的心电图监测,并对有关数据进行了综合的分析研究。结果表明:运动员在赛中休息时间的掌握和分配有很大的个体差异,休息时间的长短对运动员的心电图变化并无明显影响。说明掌握好休息时间分配有利于提高运动成绩,也不会对体力恢复有不良影响。

Monitored with electrocardiograpk during the rest periods, detailed resting time of 11 Chinese and foreign men runners who participatedin the First International 24-Hour Super-long Distance Race in China were recorded. Results indicate that great difference and certain regularity can be found in the racers'allocation of rest time during the race. Furthermore, the length of the rest did not affect runners' electrocardiograms'obvious change. Thus illustrating proper distribution of relaxation time is conducive to the improvement of sporting performance.
