篮球普修课技战术教学进度优化方案的实验研究

为了改变篮球普修课教学进度与学科教学进度中,各技术之间、技术与战术之间的内在联系中断,攻守技战术割裂,与篮球运动的内在规律不相符合的现状。本文设计了篮球普修课技战术五阶段教学进度,使教学计划逐渐完善,促进教学过程不断优化。

In order to change the present situation that the general basketball teaching scheme is similar to other subjects, to avoid interrupting the internal contact between each skill and the contact between skills and tactics, to avoid cutting off the link between defending and offending skills and tactics, conforming to the basketball law also, five teaching stages in basketcall course scheme were designed to make the teaching plan better and promote the teaching process.
