摘要
目前,中国男篮大部分甲级队赛季训练计划的内容不够全面;准备期的时间跨度为2个月左右比较适宜;赛季前小周期(周)负荷动态的变化有两种类型;赛季前安排热身赛以3—5次为宜,最后一次热身赛距正式比赛7—15d为佳;赛季前训练内容的安排表现出明显的阶段性.
The investigation results showed that the contents of the pre-sea-son training plans of most of the men's class A teams' did not cover every detail, and the training load changing patterns in the pre-season training period had two types. It was suggested that three to five warming-up matches in the pre-season period would be necessary and the last one should take place 7-15 days prior to the begining of the season. The arrangement of the pre-season training was characterized by stages.
