摘要
本文通过中国与欧洲高水平足球裁判员对队员犯规判罚情况进行对比分析，揭示中外裁判员在判罚的总体水平上存在之差距。
This study made a comparative analysis of foul judgements by elite football judges from China and Europe. It reveals that the significant difference exists in the overall levels of their judgements.
