本文介绍了篮球比赛中区域紧逼防守中以多防少战术的教学训练步骤及方法，颇有新意，可供教学训练时参考。
This study introduced the training procedures and methods of zone press defence tacitics in basketball competion. It provided a considerable new idea and referrence for the basketball teaching and training.
