木研究对高校体育教育专业学生及其对照组运动训练专业学生（来自专业队运动员）和普通专业学生进行人格素质测量，并进行比较研究，探讨了高等体育教育专业学生的人格特征以及体育教育过程与人格素质发展的关系，提出了体育与人格发展的新思维。

The author conducted the personality qualities testingin the students majoring P. E. and its contrast groups: thestudents majoring Spirts Training and the other general majors. The comparative researches was conducted to explore thefeatures of P. E. students and the relationShip between the personality development and Physical education process. the newthoughts of the relation between P. E. and personality developement was also presented.
