摘要
本文运用Cattell－16PF量表对我国优秀女子竞走运动员个性特征进行了调查研究，并与女大学生进行了比较，分析了我国优秀女子竞走运动员的个性特点，旨在为女子竞走的选材与训练提供参考。
By using driell - 16PF Questionaire, the author investgated and analyzed the personality characteristics of Chinese elite women race walkers, and compared them with those of female universities students.This paper also analysed the Per-sonality charecteristics of the Chinese elite women race walkers and provide the impwrtant reference for the selection and traning of women race walkers.
