摘要
体操是一项要求艺术性极强的运动项目，具最高艺术追求贵在传神，这是能否上9．9以上高分的关键。本文着重从神发于心、神出于形、神得于体三个方面进行论述，对体操动作的神美提出了一些新颖的观点。
Gymnastics is a sport highlighting great artistry .Vividness is its highest artistic pursuit, which is the crux of winning high points .This paper cast some light on the idea that vividness stems from the mind, shape and physique.
