摘要
科技的发展和高科技成果的介入，加快了竞技运动发展的速度，大大提高了运动训练的科学化程度，传统的教练员模式已经明显滞后，现代竞技运动对教练员的全面素质提出了更高的要求，本文对智能型高水平教练员的智力结构进行了研究分析和阐述。
Scientific progress and high-tech involvement have accelerated the development of modem competitive exerciseand made modem sport more scientific. Obviously the traditional coach model has become out-dated. Modem competitiveexercise requires coaches with higher qualities. This paper studies and expounds the intelletual structure of intelligentcoaches.
