本文根据大学生自身的特点，分析了社会环境对大学生择业价值取向的影响和容易出现的误区，探讨了思想政治工作者在新形势下的思想工作方法，以帮助大学生建立正确的人生观、价值观。

The process of transforming the planned economy into the market oriented economy is definitely to bring about changes of college students′values. Based on the particularities of college students, this paper analyses the influence of social surroundings on the college graduates′value orientedness, and the areas where they tend to go astray. Thereupon this paper inquires into the methods that ideological political workers have to adopt in the new situation so as to help college students establish correct values and world outlook.
