作者通过对宁夏回族自治区近年来在经济发展方面所取得的成绩，特别是存在问题的翔实考察，有针对性地指出解决问题的具体措施，总体上认为发展宁夏经济主要靠宁夏人民自己。

Through the detailed on the spot investigation into recent achievements of Ningxia in economic development,particularly in view of some problems in this area,the writer suggests some solutions,On the whole,the writer thinks that people in Ningxia have played an important role in the economic development.However government’s help and support is also very crucial.
