邓小平经济管理思想探析

An Analysis of Deng Xiaoping's Thought on Business Management

本文认为，探索有中国特色的社会主义经济管理体制是邓小平经济思想的重要内容；邓小平运用比较分析的方法，既对我国经济管理体制的历史与现实进行了纵向分析，又对我国的经济管理体制与世界上其他国家的经济管理体制进行了横向比较，形成了我国经济管理体制改革的基本思路；经济管理方式的改革，是建立有中国特色的社会主义经济管理体制的核心内容，邓小平探讨了经济管理的两个基本层面，即国家对企业的管理方式和企业自身的管理方式的改革，同时也强调了政治体制改革与经济体制改革之间存在的密切关系。

Exploration into socialist business management system characteristic of the Chinese style is an important part of Deng Xiaoping's economic. The construction of this theory was based on comparative studies,that is,diachronic study of our business management at present and in history,and synchronic study of our economic system with those operating in other countries. The core of Deng Xiaoping's theory in business management lies in reforming the method of management. The reform of economic management modes is the key content for establishing socialist economic management system with Chinese characteristics. Deng Xiaoping had probed into two basic aspects of economic management, namely,the reform of the states administration modes for enterprises, and the reform of enterprises own management modes. Meanwhil,he had also emphasized the close relations between political system reform and economic system reform.
