旨在通过对梅山矿业公司人力资源管理实践的简要总结 ,结合有关现代管理理论 ,进一步对国有企业人力资源的管理做出一定的思考 ,并提出一些粗浅的看法。
Based on modern theories of administration & management,the practice of human resource management in Meishan Mining Company is briefly summarized.Some thingkings and considerations about improvement of human resource management in China's state-owned enterprises and discussed.
