摘要
矿业项目经济评价由于自身的不确定性和动态性特点 ,导致矿业项目经济评价方法的多元化 ,其中最主要的两种方法净现值法和内部收益率法都有各自的优缺点 ,本文总结了矿业项目经济的一些特殊性 ,最后通过对两种方法的比较提出了用外部收益率ERR指标来评价矿业项目。
Because of some own characteristics of the mining industry economic evaluation: uncertainty and dynamic quality, the pluralism has been caused of the project methodology of the mining industry economic evaluation. We can use two methods to evaluate the mining industry projects——the net present value method and inside earning ratio method. This text has summarized some particularity of the mining industry project economy at first. In the end we proposed a new index——ERR to evaluate the mining industry projects through comparing with the two methods mentioned above.
