The topic of the article is a research item sponsored by the Natural Sciences Funds of our Country. With specific statistical and analytical methods, the article has made the following investigations of the inbound tourists to Changchun: the analysis of the composition of the inbound tourists; the background features of the inbound tourists; and the preference features of the inbound tourists, The result shows that the tourist activities of the inbound tourists to Changchun are still in the boundary of limited tourism. Thus the article draws the conclusions that the domestic tourism in Changchun is developing at a low level and its infrastructure lacks in attractive force; the transport facilities constitute the important factor limiting the distribution of the inbound tourists; the main tourist they is composed of tourists on business or trade;and it is necessary to improve the service quality at the scenic spots and the food and beverage customs as well.
