西北民族高师教育的理想

The Ideal of Education in Northwest National Minorities Colleges

现有的西北民族高师教育在办学模式上存在着偏差：或囿于民族性的目的而忽视师范性，或强调师范性而淡化民族性。这种价值取向上的偏差严重地阻滞了它本身及其服务对象——中等教育的发展。有鉴于此，将民族性与师范性进行有机结合，并辅之以科学的、现代的因素，就成为西北民族高师教育发展的理想之路。

Abstract There are some deviations in the esisting pattern of running national minorities colleges in the northwest of Chia.Some put stress on the purpose of national nature but neglest the normal nature,or the reverse.These deviations have seriously prevented the secondary school education from development,which is their own serving object.For this reason,the normal nature and national nature must be unified and equipped with scientific and modern things.It is an ideal way to develop the education in national minorities colleges.
