汇率风险的存在会对开展国际化经营的企业的财务管理以及经营战略和策略产生影响。本文在讨论了规避汇率风险中，企业在经营战略和策略、组织和财务等方面可采用的一般对策的基础上，进一步揭示了开展国际化经营活动的中国企业在现阶段规避汇率风险的经营对策。

Abstract This article mainly discusses the problems and strategies of international operation encountered by enterprises under the fluctuation of exchange rate.The existence of foreign exchange risk may affect the strategies and policies,financial manangment etc.of the enterprises which engage in international operation.This article renders some tactics of management,organization and finance,and further discusses the strategies for Chinese enterprises to avoid foreign exchange risk in current international operation.
