加强思想文化建设浅论

On the Strengthening of Ideological and Cultural Construction

本文着重从发展社会主义市场经济和抗击文化帝国主义渗透的需要出发，论述了加强思想文化建设的必要性。对西方学者的“文明冲突”论和世界文化“趋同”论作出评论。由此进一步分析思想文化建设工程的系统性内涵，提出其中包括“观念性链条”和“生活方式链条”两个基本层面；讨论了培养“四有”新人的根本目标，以及在教育，大众传媒，文艺等方面的现实课题。文章最后针对当前“两个文明”建设的认识误区，讨论了思想文化建设与经济建设协调发展的理论内涵。

AbstractThis paper first explains the necessity to strengthen the ideological and cultural construction for the development of socialist market economy and for the refutation to the infiltration of “cultural imperialism,”and comments on some western scholars views of worldwide“culture crash”and“culture assimilation.”Then,the authors analyze the system of the ideological and cultural project and suggest that it includes two basic layers:the chain of ideology and the chain of life style,and discuss the fundamental goal to raise a new and self disciplined generation that,with a positive attitude towards life,is developed culturally and morally.The possible problems in education,mass media and literature and arts are also dealt with.In the last part,as a response to some current misunderstanding of Chinas ideological and cultural construction,the authors try to clarify theoretically the possibility of the harmonious development of economy,ideology and culture.
