《文选》为何不收五言四句体

Why the Four-sentence Pattern of Wu Yan Poem Is Excluded from Wen Xuan

五言四句体到了梁代,呈现出空前繁荣的局面,成为当时文人五言诗中最重要的体制之一。而产生于这个时期的著名选本《文选》却没有登录一首五言四句诗。本文从萧统的文学观点、审美理想、人生经历、思想性格等方面分析了其中的原因,并由此进一步探讨了梁天监、普通年间的文坛风尚。

The Four-sentence pattern of Wu Yan poem is booming and has bocome one of the most important pattern of scholar抯 Wu Yan poem in Liang Dynasty. Wen Xuan, as a famous selections compiled in this period, however, does not include even one poem of such pattern. This phenomenon may be explained from Xiao Tong抯 experiences of life, specific charcater, literature thought, aesthetic standards and so on, and may indicate the fashion in literary circles from Tian Jian to Pu Tong times in Liang Dynasty.
