摘要
将相转移催化技术应用于传统的化学法提取柠檬醛工艺,改善了反应条件,提取得率超过90％,柠檬醛含量高达97.6％。
In this paper,the chemical method in extracting citral has been developed by phase transfer-catalysis technique,the yield of citral is beyond 90% ,the purity reaches up to 97. 6%.
