简析国民党在大陆失败的真正原因

On the Real Cause of the Failure of Kuomintang in the Mainland

蒋介石将政治失败归咎于新旧制度的脱序与“政党政治”的失败。其错之一，他掩盖了国民党挑动内战的罪恶事实；其错之二，在为其政治失败寻找“理论”根据；其错之三，为国民党的政治腐败开脱。蒋认为失败的经济原因是“通货恶性膨胀的结果”；行政院擅自动用了中央银行改革币制的基金。而实际上是蒋采取了错误的财经政策，及官僚资本的巧取豪夺。蒋认为军事失败的原因，是军队纪纲败坏；官兵对立、军民关系恶劣；没有奉行三民主义；战略的错误；军队的腐败堕落。他没有明战争性质与人心向背及战争政策与错误指导。蒋认为外交失败是苏联对中国的侵略和对中共的扶植及美国对苏俄中共的妥协政策。他背弃国家民族利益的依赖主义外交路线是根本原因。

Jiang Kai-shik had attributed the political failure to being out of order in old and new system and the failure of party politics. This is a mistaken idea. First, he tries to cover up the evil fact of Kuomintang to launch the civil war. Second, he was finding theoretical backup for the political failure. Third, he was absolving Kuomintang from political corruptiom. The economic cause of the failure was, as Jiang put it, the consequence of the galloping inflation and the Administratiom (under the Kuomintang) taking the liberty of drawing on Central Bank's funds for re formation of currency system. In fact, the true economic cause of the failure was the wrong financial and economic policy by Jiang and the bureaucratic capital exploiting Chinese people by All means. Jiang had tried to explain the military failure with the following points: degrading of discipline and moral standard,and corraption in the army:confrontation between officers and soldiers; failure in adhering to the Three Principles of the People; strategic errors in decision making and etc. Here Jiang had made a mistake again. He didn't understand that success or failure could be decided only by the nature of war, support of the people and policy of war. He has held another opinion that the Soviet Union making an aggression upon China and support for CPC and the United States adopting a compromise policy toward Soviet Union and CPC are the diplomatically cause of the failure. On the contray, his dependent line of diplomacy of abandoning the national interest is the fundamental cause of the failure in diplomacy.
