论高校青年高职称体育教师的角色优势、角色危机与角色再塑

摘要 中国青年高职称体育教师群体处于高校体育发展承上启下的重要地位.剖析这一群体的角色优势与角色危机,寻找角色再塑的途径与方法,有利于上级有关主管部门采取相应培养措施,实现该群体的自我优化,从而确保这一跨世纪人才群体的先进性和稳定性.研究表明:青年高职称体育教师群体具有年龄、学历、知识等七大自身优势与机遇、地位二大社会优势.但是由于多种不良环境与个体因素影响,致使少数青年高职称人员出现“优势错位”现象,导致目标、观念、情绪等六种意识危机与工作、学术、学习等六种行为危机产生.针对上述情况,青年高职称体育教师应通过自我再塑与组织再塑方式,实现高规格群体成员最优化,以适应21世纪高校体育发展对青年高职称体育教师的高要求. The Young High Ranking Physical Culture Education Teachers Group of China has the important position of forming a connecting link between what comes before and what goes after higher education instifutional developement. Analysing the successes and failures of this group and exploring the ways to remodel the role will help the authorities take the appropriate measures to realize the self ?optimization of this groupand thus ensure the advantage and stability of this group. Research has found that the Young High Ranking Physical Culture Education Teachers Group has 7 qualities to its benefit, as age, a-cademic credentials, and knowlege and 2 social superiorities such as oppotunity, policyand social position. But, because of many bad influences such as environment and individual factors, there appears a phenomenon of dislocation of the superior young high ranking teachers. This leads to 6 kinds of awareness cries such as objective, sense and morals and 6 kinds of conduct crises such as work, research and study To counter the circumtances above. The Young High Ranking Physical Culture E-ducation Teachers should from themselves into an excellent group by remodelling themselves under the guidance of the leadship so that they can meet the high requirements of the rapidly developing Physical Culture Education of the 21 contury.
