On China development economics

本文主张建立以中国经济发展为研究对象的发展经济学.中国发展经济学以马克思主义为指导,充分利用马克思主义发展经济学、中国历史上存在过的发展经济学、西方发展经济学的理论成果和研究方法.中国发展经济学的主题是作为农业国的中国如何实现工业化.中国发展经济学的基本理论包括:工业化的动力、工业化的发动者、资源配置机制、工业化资金筹措、产业结构转换、就业结构转换、工业化发展战略、城市化、地区二元结构、对外开放等.这些理论问题组成一个结构严密的理论体系.

The paper proposes the establishment of new development economics with China as its object of study. China development economics, as it is properly called, takes Marxism as its guiding ideology while combining the achievements of the previous development economics in China with the results and methodology of the western development economics. Focusing on the issue in China's transition from an agricultural country to an industrial one, the study will cover such fundamental theoretical problems as motive force and launcher of industrialization, mechanism of resources allocation, fund-raising for industrialization, structural transformations in industry and employment, strategies for industrialization development, urbanization, binary regional structure, opening to the outside world, etc. , each contributing its share towards the compact theoretical system.
