深圳特区所有制结构问题

0n Structural Problem of Ownership in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone

针对理论界曾经流行“深圳特区的所有制是以国家资本主义所有制为主”的观点,本文分析了所有制结构在深圳特区经济发展过程中的变化特点和发展趋势、三资企业在深圳特区经济中的地位和作用等问题,认为现阶段深圳特区经济仍是以全民所有制为主体,同时,其它经济成分尤其是三资企业对深圳特区经济的发展及其外向程度的提高发挥了重要作用。因此,目前深圳特区的这种生产关系是符合其生产力性质和发展水平的,能够巩固和发展社会主义特区的经济基础。

In view of the prevailing point of view in theoretical circle that 'the ownership systemin ShenZhen Special Economic Zone is mainly state capitalist ownership', this article ana-lyzes such problems as the status of and role played by the structure of ownership inShenzhen's economy. It believes,at present stage, the ownership by the whole people is stillthe mainbody in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone and plays its leading role ,while other ele-ments,especially the combined businesses with state,foreign and private funds,play an im-portant role in promoting the development of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone and the de-gree of its foreign orientation. Therefore,it seems that the production relations of ShenzhenSpecial Economic Zone is compatible with the nature of productive forces and its develop-ment level,thus,it can enforce and develop the economic fundation of socialist special eco-nomic zone.
